Description

This chicken salad recipe is simple easy to make and requires no special ingredients. It is great for a party, picnic, or a simple lunch for the pickiest of eaters. 

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery (diced)
  • 1 tsp Salt ((to taste))
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper ((to taste))
Instructions
  1. Remove meat from rotisserie chicken, making sure not to include the skin, bones, or cartilage. Shred it and add it to a medium sized mixing bowl. 

  2. Mix in diced celery, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir everything together and add more mayonnaise if it is to dry.  

  3. Cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to be served. 

Note

This can be served warm or cold. Toast some bread and give yourself a large spoonful for a delicious chicken salad sandwich.
