Description

This simple delicious pizza recipe is heart healthy and great. It is fast and easy to whip up and takes no time at all. 

Ingredients
  • 2 Whole Pizza dough
  • 16 Ounces Cottage Cheese ((blended smooth))
  • 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 Bunch Spinach
  • 1 Whole Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender blend together cottage cheese, Italian seasoning and black pepper until smooth. 

  2. Cut garlic in half and generously pour olive oil over the top. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake in a 450-degree oven for 35 minutes until soft. 

  3. Spread cheese mixture onto the pizza crust and sprinkle on roasted garlic and fresh spinach. 

  4.  Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella on the top and bake in a 450-degree oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is browning. 

Note

You can use pre-made pizza dough or make your own home-made.
