Description
Flavors of cherry tomato, goat cheese, mozzarella make up this wonderful dish it is simple elegant and great for the whole family.
Ingredients
  • 10 oz Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese
  • 16 oz Pasta
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Chredded
  • 1/2 cup Reserved pasta water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Gather necessary ingredients needed. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place in an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Chop garlic and add it to the baking pan. Add in goat cheese, seasonings, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Mix everything together and drizzle lemon juice over the top. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes until tomatoes are soft and everything is bubbling.
  4. Boil water and add in pasta. Reserve 1/2 cup of water before draining the pasta.
  5. Pour melted cheese mixture into a large mixing bowl, add in cooked pasta, reserved pasta water.
  6. Stir in mozzarella cheese and serve hot.
