Description
This recipe is easy to make and a great family meal. Add in an assortment of vegetables and it will be delicious.
Ingredients
  • 16 oz Linguine Pasta
  • 1 lb Ground Beef/Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 5 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 3/4 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 Green Onion
Instructions
  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. 

  2. Sauté meat in a medium saucepan until cooked thoroughly. Once it is cooked add in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ground ginger, beef broth, and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes. 

  3. In a small mixing bowl combine corn starch and water to make a slurry. Add into meat sauce mixture cook until it thickens. 

  4. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce meat mixture. Stir to combine top with green onions and serve.
