 6 tbsp Softened Butter Unsalted
 1 ½ cups Warmed Milk
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 Packet Instant Yeast
  cup Sugar
 1 Egg Room Temperature
Filling
 1 ½ cups Brown Sugar
 2 tbsp Cinnamon
 1 stick Softened Unsalted Butter
Frosting
 3 cups Powdered Sugar
 2 tbsp Cold Milk
 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
 1 stick Softened Butter Unsalted

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, instant yeast and salt. Mix together with the paddle attachment until incorporated.
