
2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
1 ½ cups Brown Sugar
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Salt
2 Whole Eggs (Room Temperature)
2 sticks Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
3 cups Marshmallow Fluff
12 oz Chocolate Chips

In a stand mixer combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add Vanilla and eggs, combine until thoroughly mixed.

Add in flour, salt, baking soda and graham cracker crumbs until a thick sandy dough forms.

Spread 2/3 of the mixture out in a 9x13 pan. Set aside the remaining dough.

Spread out fluff in an even layer and top with chocolate chips.

Add dollops of the remaining dough in random spots on top of the chocolate chips. Cook in a 350-degree oven for 30-40 minutes until dough is cooked and marshmallows are starting to brown.
