Taco Hand Pie

Delicious simple hand pie.

 1 Frozen Puff Pastry
 1 can Corn
 1 lb Ground Beef/Turkey
 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
 1 can Refried Beans
 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Remove Puff Pastry from the freezer and let thaw according to package instructions.

In a skillet cook ground meat until done. Stir in refried beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes until warmed through.

Use 1/3rd of the puff pastry (1 sheet) and top with 3 tbsps. of meat/bean mixture. Top with some cheddar cheese. Fold over the puff pastry and crimp the edges with a fork. Using a knife cut some vents in the top of the pie.

Using a knife cut some vents in the top of the pie.  Place on a baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until brown and crispy.
